These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Woeva mobile application and website at woeva.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sportqo s. r. o. ("Woeva", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required by the laws of your country of residence.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at admin@woeva.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
You retain full ownership of content you create on the Service, including events, club descriptions, photos, and messages ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Woeva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
Woeva is a platform that connects event creators ("Creators") with participants ("Attendees"). Woeva is not the organiser of any event listed on the platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of events created by third parties.
Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of event descriptions, dates, locations, pricing, and for compliance with all applicable laws (including permits, safety requirements, and tax obligations).
Attendees book and attend events at their own risk. Woeva is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from attendance at an event.
Payments for paid events are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own terms of service and privacy policy. Woeva does not store payment card data.

Refund requests must be submitted via the app or by emailing admin@woeva.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Woeva name, logo, design, software, and content created by us, are owned by or licensed to Sportqo s. r. o. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportqo s. r. o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sportqo s. r. o., its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid, except as provided in Section 6.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the right to benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
