This Privacy Policy describes how Sportqo s. r. o., operating under the brand name Woeva (the "Controller", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data of users of the Woeva mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (special categories under Art. 9 GDPR) and we do not collect payment card details — payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. under their own privacy policy.

For transfers to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data (profile, events, clubs, messages, booking history) is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records are retained for 10 years in accordance with Slovak law).

The Woeva mobile application does not use browser cookies. The website (woeva.com) uses only technically necessary session data and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at admin@woeva.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
